Terms of Service & Policy Acceptance Agreement

Please read all policies carefully, as they contain important information regarding your reservation. By booking a picnic with Picnic Amour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined below.

Equipment & Property

All equipment, décor, and materials used during your picnic are the property of Picnic Amour. Guests are responsible for returning all items in the same condition in which they were received.

Damages & Accidents

If any item is damaged, stained, or broken during your picnic, you must notify us immediately by text so we can address the situation promptly. Additional fees may apply for repairs or replacements.

Liability Waiver

By booking with Picnic Amour, you acknowledge and agree that all activities during your picnic are undertaken at your own risk. Picnic Amour is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur before, during, or after your booking. Guests are responsible for ensuring their own safety and the safety of their party at all times.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

General Policy

Your reservation deposit is a non-refundable $100 fee, but may be used as a credit toward a new reservation within the guidelines below.
Your new reservation must be scheduled within three (3) months of your original date.
Any additional reschedules after the first change will incur an additional $20 rebooking fee.
Once your picnic has been set up on-site, cancellations or rescheduling are no longer possible and all payments are non-refundable.

Weather Policy

Cancellations due to weather are solely at the discretion of Picnic Amour. If we determine that weather conditions require a cancellation, you may rebook your picnic at no additional fee.

Non-Weather Related Rescheduling

If 7 or more days’ notice is provided before the original reservation date:

  • No refunds

  • Your payment may be applied toward a new picnic date (within 3 months)

If 2–6 days’ notice is provided before the original reservation date:

  • No refunds

  • 50% of the payment may be applied toward a new picnic date (within 3 months)

Same-day cancellations or no-shows:

  • All payments are forfeited

Policy Acceptance

By completing a reservation, you agree to follow all Picnic Amour policies, terms, and conditions. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or refusal of future bookings.

How far in advance can I schedule my picnic?

You may schedule a picnic as far in advance as you’d like.

How do payments work?

After selecting your package, add-ons, and date/time, you’ll complete a final details form before submitting payment.
To secure your booking, you can chose card,Paypal or Venmo for full payment options. If you would like to chose a

payment plan, we offer AfterPay and Affirm as options.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit cards, credit cards, Venmo, Paypal, AfterPay and Affirm. No other methods of payment are accepted.

When is the earliest I can schedule a picnic?

Bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.

Can I book a picnic sooner than 2 weeks?

Yes—if availability allows. The earliest we can host a rushed picnic is 2 days from notification. A $50 rush fee applies.
To request a rushed picnic, email picnicamourllc@gmail.com with the subject line: “Rushed Picnic.”

Can I make changes after booking?

Changes must be made at least 7 days before your picnic and before final payment. After this window, reductions in package, add-ons, or guest count cannot be refunded.
To add guests or add-ons, please email us for availability and payment instructions.

Can I leave my picnic unattended?

No. Guests are responsible for all picnic equipment during the entire reservation. Please do not leave setups unattended.

Can I leave my picnic early?

Yes—please contact us 30 minutes before your early departure so a staff member can return for cleanup. Guests must remain on-site until staff arrives.

Can I bring my own food?

Absolutely. You are welcome to bring your own food. We also offer the option to pick up catering from a restaurant of your choice for an additional fee.

Does Picnic Amour provide alcoholic beverages?

No. Parks do not permit alcohol, so Picnic Amour cannot supply or permit alcohol at park locations. Alcohol is only allowed on private property provided by the client.
Picnic Amour is not responsible for any damages or injuries related to alcohol consumption.

Do you provide food or drinks?

Depending on your package, we may provide water, soda, or non-alcoholic sparkling juice. Food add-ons are available for an additional fee.

Do I need to clean up after my picnic?

No—just relax and enjoy! We handle all setup and cleanup.

Where do you host picnics?

We serve locations within a 20-mile radius of Beavercreek. Additional travel fees apply outside that area. We can host picnics at public parks, private homes, backyards, businesses, and more.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Weather decisions are at the discretion of Picnic Amour. If we must cancel due to weather, you may reschedule at no additional fee within 3 months.
You may also choose an indoor location provided by you. Picnic Amour does not offer indoor venues.

If you are looking for a location not listed, we are open to a location of your choosing. We offer in home and backyard services as well. 

Any location outside of our radius will be subject to additional fees.
